Our favorite plant-based foodie in Santa Monica, Danielle, blends hers up in a smoothie bowl with all the anti-inflammatory and immunity-boosting good stuff. Top it off with fresh fruit, some crunch, and yummy date paste for sweetness, and you have this beautiful bowl!
Here's what's in her Mean-Green Reishi bowl -
Blend:
- 1 tsp Mālama Mushrooms Reishi Extract
- handful of spinach
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 cup frozen steamed zucchini
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 scoops protein
- 2 dates
- Dulse flakes
- 2 Tbsp seed mix
- 1 Tbsp Sea moss gel
- Cinnamon
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 tsp E3Live Brain on
- 1/4 Avocado
Top with granola, buckwheat, honey and date spread ~ enjoy!
